Refund policy

You can return the products you purchased from yirmiyedikuzguncuk.com within 14 days of receiving your order and get a refund.

You can find detailed information and legal process in the Distance Sales Agreement.

 In order to initiate your return process, please provide written information by sending an e-mail to our address shop@yirmiyedikuzguncuk.com.

After giving information, you have to pack and ship the products you want to return in their original packaging, undamaged and unused. While returning fragile products, you must pack the items within their original protection materials (styrofoam, bubble wrap, parcel). Therefore, the responsibility for any damage during the shipping belongs to the customer. After packing the products securely, send it with our authorized Yurtiçi Kargo and secure it with the invoice we've supplied you (return code). You are responsible for paying the shipping fees for the item you wish to return. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

After checking the conformity of your product within the return conditions, you will be notified by email. You will be refunded within 3-10 working days from the confirmation message sent to your email. If the items are not in accordance with the return conditions; the related product will be sent back free of charge with shipping to your address.

Exchange

The product you purchased cannot be exchanged directly. However, you can use the right to return the product you purchased and purchase the product you want without paying again with the gift coupon you will request.

A product purchased from yirmiyedikuzguncuk.com cannot be returned from Yirmiyedi Kuzguncuk Concept Store.
