You can take your stones when you first light your candle, wash them with soap and water and carry them with you at all times, or you can keep them inside until the herbal candle runs out and let it heal like I did. After you take your stones out of the candle, they need to be cleaned and purified to increase their effect. They are cleaned by washing under running water for 5 minutes or in vinegar water. However, the most effective is to bury it in the soil for 1 day. It can also be purified by leaving it in the sun for 1 day. Note The number and size of the crystals may vary, but the total weight of the crystals will always remain the same :)
